This site is strictly wholesale to the trade. Public access is restricted. To be approved you must supply valid business credentials. Purchasing wholesale for personal use is prohibited by the state of PA.
PLEASE NOTE:
No retailer is permitted to sell or offer to sell any Homestead Studios Candle Company product to any third-party e-commerce websites, including but not limited to: Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Target Marketplace, Walmart.com, Etsy.com and any international marketplace sites, (collectively, “Third Party Websites”), without the express written approval of Homestead Studios Candle Company. In the event a Retailer violates this policy, we may terminate its business relationship with the violating Retailer, cancel, restrict or refuse any of the Retailer’s pending or future orders, suspend Retailer’s account, or exercise any other remedy available to us legally. All websites and online marketplace stores will be checked upon registration. We reserve the right to refuse any reseller's request to sell or display our products at any time.
We do our best to safely and securely ship your products. If you have breakage or missing/delayed packages, please notify us immediately so we may quickly resolve the issues. We are not responsible for missing packages if tracking shows they were delivered. If you feel there is a risk, we will send the shipment marked "Signature Required", please leave a note requesting that at checkout. Please consider climate temperatures prior to ordering. We are not liable for damage to candles shipped to extreme heat/cold climates or packages left exposed to extreme temperatures.
All purchases are non-refundable. No scent changes or cancellations once order is in process.
All labels, to include our bottom sticker warning labels, must remain on product for sale to public. We are not liable for customer/retailer misuse or removed labels. All candles include burning instructions and consumer warnings, please follow directions on bottom sticker.
